Compared to other used car dealerships I visited, the cars at this location are in much better condition, and the prices are very reasonable considering the mileage. I was genuinely impressed by the overall quality and value.

Albert was amazing — genuinely helpful and truly cared about finding the right car for me. He is very professional and has an impressive knowledge of Mazda’s history and vehicle details.
Tom from the finance department was also excellent. He clearly explained the warranty and contract terms, and was very patient in answering all of my questions.
Overall, it was a perfect car-buying experience from viewing and learning about the car to finally driving it home. I’m extremely satisfied and highly recommend Metrotown Mazda.

I had an amazing experience at this family-owned Mazda dealership. I bought my CX-30 last month, and my family absolutely loves it! The service is outstanding. From the sales team to the finance office, everyone is incredibly honest and friendly. Buying a car can be stressful, but I never felt that way here. A big thank you to Jojo, the finance manager, who is super friendly and very transparent while going over all the paperwork.
