I have never had such a great experience with a dealership as with Metrotown Mazda. Daniel in Service is my usual Rep but everyone is friendly, professional, and honest. They explain what I don't know - and no pressure when I decline optional services. For major services I get a video walk through, and an itemized approval menu with prices. The one time there was an error they took responsibility and more than made it right. I love my current car but will buy my next one here one day.
